Qualifications:
I have a Bachelors degree from Bournemouth University and a
Post Graduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling from the University of Reading.

Approach:
My work as a psychodynamic counsellor means when you come to see me we will work together to make sense of what has brought you to counselling now and how this might relate to your past experiences.

My work as an EAP and BUPA provider means I offer short term solution focused counselling.

Experience:
I have worked as a counsellor for several years in Henley, Slough and Reading.

I have experience of working with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds and cultures. I am able to see clients on an individual basis, offering both short term and long term counselling.

Professional Membership:
